Appropriate soft tissue techniques will be used to strengthen or reduce the tone of muscles causing the symptoms. This will relieve stress and any possible tears or strains in the muscles.

Osteopathic treatment

Manipulations and articulations are applied to any misaligned or restricted spinal or peripheral joints. This will reduce any pain or stiffness, improve range of movement / flexibility, increase energy levels and improve overall posture. Relevant postural, exercise and lifestyle advice will be given. In the vast majority of cases this element is just as important as the actual treatment carried out.
